1.3 Due to high demand and the fact that each order is carefully prepared and packed, some deliveries may take slightly longer than estimated, especially during peak seasons or holidays.

2. Delivery Address

2.1 You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address provided at the time of ordering.

2.2 In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information, the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy for undelivered shipments will apply.

2.3 It is not possible to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

3. Order Tracking
