First things first: the mist is cool, not hot. The name comes from the fine, steam-like mist it releases, but it's room temperature and gentle on skin from the very first press. Nothing to heat up, nothing to wait for.
Most pet brushes just pull through dry fur. The Steam Brush works differently. One press releases a fine, cool mist that loosens dirt, neutralizes odor and softens the coat before the bristles even touch it.
